Redact a PDF so the text is truly gone

This is real redaction. When you black out part of a page, that page is flattened to an image before it is saved, so the hidden words are genuinely gone and cannot be copied out. That is different from a black box drawn over live text. Pages you do not touch keep their text as normal.
