Files processed with our tools
PDFs, photos and other files selected in the core tools are designed to be processed locally in your browser. We do not intentionally upload or store the contents of those files on our servers. A tool that requires different processing will clearly disclose that before use.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting, security, analytics or advertising providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers and diagnostic events. Server logs may be retained temporarily for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
Google advertising
PDFDaddy uses the Google AdSense site tag. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar identifiers to serve, limit, measure and, where permitted, personalise ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites.
You can manage personalised Google advertising in Google Ads Settings. Other advertising vendors may offer their own opt-out choices.
Consent and regional privacy choices
For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use a consent message delivered through Google’s certified consent-management platform once it is published in our Google AdSense account. Contact messages
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, investigate issues and maintain appropriate records. Do not send sensitive documents unless specifically requested through a secure method.

We do not sell the contents of documents processed in the browser. Technical and advertising data may be processed by service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, consent management and advertising, subject to their policies and applicable law.
Retention
Local tool data normally remains only in your browser until you clear it, close the page or remove browser storage. Contact records and limited security logs may be retained as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and service operation.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
